Pulwama attack: JNU ‘right-wing’ Professor demands ‘public execution’ of 40 Kashmiris, blames Mehbooba for removing barricades

Srinagar: Amita Singh, a professor at Jawaharlal Nehru University, having earlier been criticized allegedly religiously profiling Kashmiri students, was recently criticized by Jammu and Kashmir Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) for leveling ‘concocted stories and ridiculous allegations’ against its party President Mehbooba Mufti in a tweet, in context to the February 14 killing of 49 CRPF personnel in Lethpora area along the Srinagar-Jammu highway in south Kashmir’s Pulwama district.

On her Twitter, she said: “The RDX filled vehicle could not be checked as the 3 check barriers were removed by mehbooba mufti. Governor pl. reinstate everything removed by her. Mehbooba Mf. Should now hand over her 40 people for public execution if she really feels hurt for our 40 soldiers.culpability.”
