Armies of India, Pakistan trade heavy fire along LoC in Rajouri
Srinagar: The armies of India and Pakistan exchanged heavy gunfire on Tuesday along the Line of Control in Keri area of Jammu and Kashmir’s Rajouri district.
The fresh shelling took place after a lull of about three days.
Officials said that the firing started at about midnight and continued till 4 in the morning.
“Heavy mortar shelling also took place and both sides exchanged heavy gun fire and mortar shelling in the area,” the official said.
