Bihar CM: There’s no contradiction. We’ve always maintained Art.370 shouldn’t be scrapped, Uniform Civil Code shouldn’t be imposed, Ayodhya dispute should be resolved through mutual agreement/court’s intervention. However, the BJP has time and again reiterated that Article 370 will be scrapped one the BJP comes into power. BJP President Shah had said that after forming the Government in New Delhi, they will remove Article 370 of the Indian Constitution.
Moreover, Narendra Modi had said that those who who say that Kashmir will secede from India if Article 370 goes don’t deserve Indian Citizenship.
