IED detected, defused on Airport road

Srinagar: On Monday night, an improvised explosive device (IED) was detected and defused by the armed forces on airport area in the Central Kashmir’s area of Gogoo Humhama, Budgam.

As per reports, the explosive device was diffused without causing any damage.

A senior police official told the news agency KNO that the area was cordoned and the IED was successfully defused by the bomb disposal squad without causing any damage.
