Karnataka: Mysore-based digital media outlet Web News Observer has now partnered with Dailyhunt for syndicating their articles on the platform.

Speaking to Free Press Kashmir about their partnership, Musba Hashmi, Co-founder and Editor-in-Chief, Web News Observer, said, “We have recently partnered with Dailyhunt for news syndication. It is one of the largest news aggregator platforms in India. We are really excited about this new partnership. Our readers will soon have access to all our latest news on their favourite platform.”

At a time when several media outlets, especially newspapers, including Mail Today, were forced to halt operations given the COVID-19-induced economic crisis, Web News Observer managed to sail through by modifying its operations and leveraging benefit from the online mode.

This is not all. Last week, the media outlet had crossed the target of 1 million readership monthly. It proves the media outlet is witnessing a steady growth by providing readers with valuable content and news stories.

“It wasn’t easy to reach the new milestone. Our journey has been a roller coaster ride. With the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, we faced several challenges in terms of sustaining. However, with a few tweaks in our strategy and by revamping the overall website’s infrastructure we managed to reach here,” said Hashmi.

The media outlet is the first English online news portal in Mysore that covers Korean entertainment.

They expanded and started covering Korean stories given the huge fandom and keeping in mind that there are only a few platforms in India that cover Korean entertainment dedicatedly.
