Pulwama: Youth goes missing days after being released from 14 month PSA incarceration, says family

Pulwama: The family members of a 21-year-old youth from south Kashmir have appealed general public and officials to help them in tracing their missing kin.

According to the family, Hanan Bin Yaqoob, who is also being called Saqib at home, son of Mohammad Yaqoob Bhat, a resident of Karimabad Pulwama is missing for the last two days.

The family said that Saqib was lodged in jail for the last 14 months under Public Safety Act and was released on July 19.

“We have lodged a missing report at Police Station Pulwama”, the family said, appealing to the general masses to help them in tracing their kin.
