Cop shot at in Srinagar, hospitalised: Police
He has been shifted to hospital, condition stable: Top official
Srinagar: A police man was shot at and injured at Hamdaniya Colony, Bemina, Srinagar on Saturday, officials said.
An official told the news agency Kashmir News Observer that militants attacked a police man identified as Hafiz Ahmed, son of Ghulam Hassan, a resident of Mathiya bund, Hamdaniya Colony, Srinagar.
“He sustained injuries in the right arm and abdomen,” the official said.
A senior police official said that the injured cop has been shifted to SKIMS Bemina where his condition is stated as stable.
