Earthquake of 6.2 magnitude strikes Philippine Islands region

The Philippine islands were the site of an earthquake on Tuesday with a magnitude of 6.2, according to the German Research Centre for Geosciences (GFZ).

Reuters quoting GFZ said, the earthquake was at a depth of 31 kilometres (19.26 miles).

The earthquake, according to the GFZ, had a magnitude of 6.8 and a 10 km depth.
