Kulgam civilian killings: Its Operation Wipe Out, not Operation All Out, says Mirwaiz
Srinagar: After three civilians were killed in the ongoing gunfight in Kulgam, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq said that the ‘Operation All Out’ launched by the Indian state against militancy is actually ‘Operation Wipe Out’.
Mirwaiz also said that the international community needs to intervene in Kashmir as the situation is dire.

In another tweet, Mirwaiz while referring to the forces’ blowing up homes during gun fights, he said:Houses and shops being blown up by explosives. Appeal UN and international community to step in as situation is dire.
