2. Unused Subscription: Refunds will only be issued for unused portions of your subscription. If you have accessed and utilized any content during the subscription period, a refund for that portion will not be granted.
3. Payment Confirmation: You must provide proof of payment, such as a transaction receipt or confirmation email, along with your refund request.
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

2. Include your full name, subscription confirmation details, and the reason for requesting a refund in the body of the email.
3. Attach proof of payment to the email.
Upon receiving your refund request, our team will review it to ensure it meets the criteria outlined above. If your request is approved, we will initiate the refund process.
Refunds will be processed through the original payment method used during the subscription purchase.
