BREAKING: Blast at Manasbal park, several civilians injured, explosive kept inside dustbin
Several civilians are believed to be injured after an explosion took place in the Manasbal Park, Ganderbal.
According to reports, many civilians had gathered in the park on the day of Eid when the blast took place.
The police has said that a low intensity blast may have been made with a combination of firecrackers, however, no confirmation has taken place till now.
