Shut your mouth or we will shut it forever: Gangster threatens Shehla Rashid
Student activist Shehla Rashid Shora filed an FIR against mafia don Ravi Poojary for allegedly threatening her after popular JNU student leader, Umar Khalid was shot at in the Constitution Club.

She said Poojari had warned her, Khalid and Dalit leader Jignesh Mevani to shut up.
“Meanwhile, got this death threat from right-wing Hindutvawadi fundamentalist Ravi Poojary. He warns Umar Khalid, Jignesh Mevani and me to shut up! Threat by SMS #DigitalIndia,” she said.
In a message to Shora the screenshot of which the student activist put up on Twitter – Poojary said, “Just shut your mouth or we will shut your mouth forever. Tell Umar Khalid and Jignesh Mewani also. Mafia don Ravi Poojary”.

Earlier, JNU student leader Umar Khalid was shot at under a thick security cover by an unidentified man at the Constitution Club near Parliament. Police said that he is unhurt.
The leader was at the Club to attend an event, “Khauff Se Azaadi”, organised by ‘United Against Hate’. “There is an atmosphere of fear in the country, and anybody who speaks against the government is threatened,” he said after the attack.
National Conference Vice President Omar Abdullah on Monday said that the attack on JNU student leader Umar Khalid was a result of the ‘relentless hate campaign against him in the social and mainstream media.’
