As the world observes Human Rights Day, Kashmir continues to simmer, says Mirwaiz
Srinagar: Chairman of the Hurriyat (M) Mirwaiz Umar Farooq on Monday said that as the world observes Human Rights Day, Kashmir continues to suffer and simmer. He appealed to the international community to help in bringing an end to ongoing conflict.
In a tweet Mirwaiz said:

In another tweet, Mirwaiz said that while the Universal Declaration of Human rights was a milestone on universal laws around the globe, but in ‘Kashmir political and human rights continued to be violated.’
