Armed forces use of chemicals in encounters to disfigure militants’ bodies is inhuman, says Mehbooba
Srinagar: PDP Chief Mehbooba Mufti on Wednesday said that Armed forces using chemical weapons to disfigure bodies of militants is inhuman. She added that every human even a militant deserves dignity after death.
In a tweet, while reacting over a video in which Armed forces can seen beating up people carrying a body of a militant, Mehbooba said:

Recently, a two minute video had appeared on Social media purportedly shot in Shopian district where the body of a killed militant is being desecrated by Forces on a street.This two minute video in which the body of a killed militant is being carried on a four wheeler shows armed forces personnel assaulting the dead body. Another person carrying the body is also being physically assaulted.
Meanwhile local policemen can be seen intervening in the matter.
