Brown bear trying to flee falls off a cliff after people pelt stones at it
In a video, which has emerged on social media, people can be seen pelting stones on a brown bear who is trying to get away after freeing itself from barbed wires.
However, the creature fall off from a cliff into the fast flowing river below. As soon as the bear losses balance and starts rolling down the cliff, people can been heard cheering. The video is allegedly from Drass area.
Senior journalist Mufti Islah tweeted the disturbing videos.

Here too villagers pelt stones on the poor creature and it eventually falls into the fast running river. Not clear if it died or managed to escape. This year there have been a few sighting of brown bear. Kashmir valley has a good population of black bears. pic.twitter.com/mqU1LR34J0
