Not the end of the world, says Mehbooba after exit polls predict victory for BJP
Srinagar: After every exit poll has predicted a huge win for the BJP lead National Democratic Alliance, PDP Chief Mehbooba Mufti has said that their winning or losing is not the ‘end of the world’.
The former ally of the BJP, in a tweet praised the system and the journalists who stood up and raised their voices.
BJP winning or losing isn’t the end of the world. True that institutions were subverted & press standards plummeted.Yet many in the system & journalists with integrity stood up & raised their voices. Hope these results don’t deter their resolve to fight for what’s right

The National Democratic Alliance is at least projected to win 287 seats out of 545 seats in the Lok Sabha, the lower house of the Indian Parliament.
