13,587 people tested positive for the fatal coronavirus in the last 24 hours taking the toll tally of the cases throughout the country to 3,80,532.

336 deaths were recorded in the last 24 hours.

The number of people testing positive is multiplying day by day at a drastic speed.

Maharashtra reported 100 deaths and the national capital Delhi recorded 2,877 new positive cases and 65 deaths on Thursday. The death toll stands at 12,573 as virus is spreading rapidly. Nonetheless, at least 52 percent of the total cases testing positive for the virus were cured.

In order to get more and more people tested, mobile testing labs have been launched by the Union Health Minister so as to zoom up last-mile testing and hamper the volatile spread of the virus by using the technique of testing, Quarantine and isolation.

In the wake of the rapid spread of the deadly virus, lockdown has been extended in containment zones till 30th of June. India recorded the world’s longest lockdown but the cases still seem to be multiplying at a voracious level.
