Militant killed in ongoing military operation in Noorpora Awantipora, says police
Awantipora: A militant has been killed in an ongoing military operation in Noorpora area of Awantipora belt in south Kashmir’s Pulwama district on Monday evening.

Official sources said that one militant has been killed in the ongoing operation and his identity is yet to be ascertained.
The operation began after a joint team of Police and army’s 42RR launched a cordon and search operation in Noorpora.
As the joint team of armed forces personnel approached towards the suspected spot, the hiding militants fired upon them ensuing an operation.
