Grenade thrown on armed forces in Kupwara
Srinagar: Suspected militants on Friday morning lobbed a grenade on armed forces near a Bus stand in North Kashmir’s Kupwara district.
Quoting an unnamed police official, GNS reported that suspected militants hurled a grenade at a government forces vehicle near the Bus stand.
However, the grenade didn’t explode. No damage to life or property has been reported, the official said.
Meanwhile, the area has been cordoned off to nab the assailants, the official added.
