Two militants killed in military operation in Shopian, says Police
Shopian: Two unidentified militants have been killed in a military operation in Manihal village of Imamsahib belt in south Kashmir’s Shopian district on Monday.

Official sources said that that two unidentified militants have been killed whose identification is being ascertained while the operation is on in the area.
The operation began after a joint team of Police, Army’s 34 RR and CRPF launched a Cordon and Search Operation (CASO) on specific information about the presence of militants in the area.
He said that as the joint team of forces approached the suspected spot, the hiding militants fired upon them triggering the operation.
Meanwhile, as a precautionary measure, internet services have been snapped in Shopian district.
