Military operation against militants starts in Sopore, says police
Sopore: A military operation has started in Nathipora area of Sopore in north Kashmir’s Baramulla district.

An official said that the search operation was launched in the area after armed forces received specific inputs about the presence of militants in the area.
He said that the exchange of fire began after militants fired upon the search party. The operation is being jointly carried by Amry, Police, and CRPF, he said.
