Unidentified persons chop-off apple trees in north Kashmir’s Budgam, police launches proceedings

Budgam: Unidentified persons on Saturday chopped-off around a dozen apple trees in the interviewing night of Friday-Saturday in Nusoo, Kalipora village of central Kashmir’s Budgam district.

Sources told the news agency Kashmir News Observer that during the intervening night of May 21-22, miscreants have chopped off apple trees belonging to Muhammad Amin Najar of Lalpora, Beerwah.

A police official confirmed the incident to the news agency, saying that the proceedings have been launched in this regard.
