3 booked under PSA in Pulwama, shifted to Kot Bhalwal jail

Pulwama: Three youth were booked under Public Safety Act (PSA) on charges of ‘stone-pelting’ in south Kashmir’s Pulwama district, police officials said on Saturday.

The three youth were identified as Sameer Mushtaq Lone, son of Mushtaq Ahmed lone, a resident of Kakapora Pulwama, booked under PSA No 22/DMP/PSA/21 Dated 02/06/2021, Mudsir Ahamad lone, son of Noor Mohammad lone of Kakapora, Pulwama, booked under PSA Oder no 24/DMP)PSA/21 Dated 20/06/2021 and Sameer Ahmed lone, son of Bashir Ahmed lone of Lalhar kakapora kakapora, PSA order no 25/DMP/PSA /21 dated 02/06/021.

Police officials, who spoke to Free Press Kashmir, said that the three youth were booked on charges of ‘stone pelting’. The trio was arrested earlier and shifted to Kot Bhalwal Jail on Friday, they said.
