Court directs JK Police to file status report of petition seeking FIR against Ravinder Raina, Sirsa

Srinagar: A Srinagar Court has directed the SHO Sadder to file a status report by the 12th of this month to a petition filed by a student activist seeking FIR against Majinder Singh Sirsa and BJP JK president Ravinder Raina.

The Chief Judicial Magistrate Srinagar has directed the SHO Saddar Srinagar to file a status report failing which action under law shall be initiated against the SHO concerned.

A student activist Nasir Khuhhami has filed a petition through his lawyer in the CJM Srinagar seeking filing of FIR against Sikh leader Majinder Singh Sirsa, BJP Jammu and Kashmir president Ravidner Raina and Amma Bali, a social media user “for creating communal disharmony and spreading lies against Kashmiri people.” (KDC)
