Search operation launched in Budgam village

Srinagar: A massive Cordon and Search Operation (CASO) has been launched by armed forces on Tuesday afternoon at Drang forests of Lachampora Khag in central Kashmir’s Budgam district.

Reports said that a joint team of Army’s 62RR and SOG cordoned off Drang forests and started searches there.

All the entry and exit points towards the area were sealed by the armed forces, reports said.

A senior police officer told Kashmir News Observer that the search operation is going on in the area.
