Civilian shot dead in central Kashmir, says police
Budgam: A civilian was shot dead by suspected militants in central Kashmir’s Budgam district on Monday evening, officials said.
A police officer said that the civilian identified as Tajamul Mohi-ud-Din Rather was fired upon by militants near his home at Gotpora Budgam this evening.
He was shifted to the hospital but died before he could receive any treatment, sources said.
