Two non-locals shot at in Anantnag, hospitalised

Anantnag: Two non-local labourers were injured after militants fired upon them in Rakh Moomin area of south Kashmir’s Anantnag district, an official said.

A top police officer said that this evening militants fired upon two non-local labourers. Both received bullet wounds and were subsequently shifted to a nearby hospital for treatment.

“Militant fired upon & injured two outside labourers in Rakh-Momin area of Anantnag. Both the injured are being shifted to the hospital for treatment. Area is being cordoned off. Further details shall follow,” police said in a tweet.
