Srinagar: The Jammu and Kashmir National Conference head-office near Srinagar’s Zero Bridge was sealed on the 4th anniversary of the revocation of Article 370, the party has said.
“True to form and in keeping with the clampdown on mainstream democratic activities organised by parties opposed to 5th Aug 2019, the JKNC office has been sealed by the police,” the party said in a statement.
“No one is being allowed in or out of the office,” the statement added.
“These steps betray the nervousness of the administration and render hollow their claims regarding great improvements in the last 4 years,” the statement added.
Earlier, the PDP president and other senior politicians of the party were kept under house arrest.
