LG administration terminates two JK Govt employees on charges of militancy links
Srinagar: The Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha-led administration has terminated two JK government employees from their services over militant links, including a teacher and a pharmacist.
According to two separate orders, the action was taken under Article 311 of the Indian Constitution.
The employees include Abdul Rehman Naika, a pharmacist in health and medical education department and Zahir Abbas, a teacher in school education department, reads the circular.
Over the past few months, the Lt Governor-led administration has terminated several government employees from their services over ‘militancy links’ in the Union Territoy.
