Mirwaiz Umar Farooq’s father-in-law passes away
Srinagar: Dr Ghulam Sibtain Masoodi, the father-in-law of Mirwaiz-e-Kashmir Dr Molvi Mohammad Umar Farooq, passed away on the night of Wednesday, February 26, 2025.
According to the news agency, his funeral prayers (Nimaz-e-Janaza) will be held at Jama Masjid Srinagar after Zuhr prayers, and he will be laid to rest at his ancestral graveyard in Khrew, Pampore.
The family will receive condolences (Taziyat) at his residence: House no 207, Sector B, Westend Colony Near Tengpora Bridge Hyderpora, Srinagar.
