Last cabinet meet on Monday before Durbar move

Srinagar: As the civil Secretariat is moving to the winter capital Jammu on November 6, the PDP-BJP government is holding its last cabinet meeting in Srinagar on Monday and the vacant posts of Commissioner Secretaries might be filled.

A senior cabinet minister of the government told KNS that the meeting will be held in the Civil Secretariat in the afternoon on Monday at 5.

“It will be a routine cabinet meeting where some departmental matters are to be discussed. No major transfers will take place, but few officials might be transferred and the vacant positions of commissioner secretary posts are likely to be filled,” the minister said.
