Srinagar: The night temperature in Kashmir valley is likely to improve as light snowfall is expected in upper reaches in the next 24 hours.
An official in MeT department said that there will be improvement in the night temperature. The last night was the coldest November night in a decade as the minimum temperature was recorded at minus 3.1 degrees Celsius, down 0.8 degrees from previous night.
“We are expecting few notches up in the minus temperature. There are chances of snow in upper reaches and the sky will remain cloudy in plain areas,” said the official.
