SPO abducted by suspected militants in Pulwama, massive manhunt launched

An SPO, identified as Mudasir Ahmad Lone was abducted by suspected militants in the wee hours of Saturday from Chan Kitar area of Tral in Pulwama district.

According to news agency GNS, a massive hunt has been launched to trace the SPO.

Lone, he said, is posted at police post Reshipora Awantipora where he works as a cook. SP Awantipora Mohammad Zahid Malik told Greater Kashmir: “SPO is missing since last night and we have launched massive manhunt to trace him.”
