India recorded 26,041 new coronavirus infections in a single day, pushing the total tally of COVID-19 cases to33,678,786, according to the Union Health Ministry data updated on Monday.
The death count climbed to 447,225 with 276 fresh deaths. There have been 29,621 recoveries in the last 24 hours, increasing the total recoveries to 3,29,31,972.
Globally, there are 232,608,491 confirmed COVID-19 cases with 4,762,083 deaths.
