Shopian: Two militants have been killed in a military operation in Dragad area of Sugan hamlet of South Kashmir’s Shopian district, police officials said on Wednesday.
A senior police officer told the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) that two militants have been killed whose identification is being ascertained while as search operation is on in the area.
Earlier, a joint team of Police, Army’s 44 RR and CRPF launched a Cordon and Search Operation (CASO) on specific information about the presence of militants in the area, KNO reported.
