Kupwara: The Sub Divisional Magistrate (SDM) Lolab has been appointed as inquiry officer to conduct the magisterial inquiry under section 176 CrPc in the anti-militancy operation at Chandigam Lolab on 19th of June 2022 resulting in the killing of four militants.
In this connection, the general public is hereby informed that if any person has any kind of information regarding the subject.
He/She may submit or record his/her statement in the office of SDM Lolab within 07 days from the date of publishing of this notice, the official statement said.
Conducting Magisterial Enquiry under section 176 CrPc in the anti-militancy operation at Chandlgam Lolab on 19th of June 2022 and killing of 04 militants thereof. Undersigned has been appointed as enquiry officer to conduct the magisterial enquiry in the above-mentioned subject.
In this connection, General Public is hereby informed that if any person has any kind of information regarding the subject. He/She may submit or record his/her statement in the office of the undersigned within 07 days from the date of publishing of this notice, the statement said.
