LeT militant arrested in Srinagar, arms and ammo recovered: Police
Srinagar: Police on Sunday claimed to have arrested a Hybrid militant of Lashkar-i-Taiba outfit at Lawaypora area of central Kashmir’s Srinagar district.
Srinagar police on its official Twitter handle wrote, ” On specific information, one Hybrid militant of LeT namely Arshid Ahmad Bhat, son of Abdul Kareem Bhat, a resident of Sangam Budgam arrested by a joint team of Srinagar Police & 2RR at Lawaypura. 5 Pistols, 5 Magazines, 50 Rounds and 2 hand grenades recovered. Case registered at Shalteng Police station.”
