Srinagar: The Meteorological Centre in Srinagar has issued a weather alert predicting a spell of rain and thundershowers accompanied by gusty winds over various parts of the Kashmir Valley.
This weather event is expected to impact areas including Uri, Baramulla, Sopore, Tanghdar, Handwara, Srinagar, Ganderbal, Kangan, Sonamarg, and Pahalgam within the next three hours.
Residents in these regions are advised to stay indoors and secure loose objects that could be affected by the gusty winds.
