Srinagar: The Jammu and Kashmir administration has terminated four employees including two police constables for their alleged involvement in anti-India and militancy-related activities.

In four separate orders, the government ordered the termination of two constables, one from Jal Shakti department and one teacher.

Reports reaching Srinagar based news agency Kashmir Dot Com said that the decision was made by sub-clause (c) of the proviso to clause (2) of Article 311 of the Constitution of India, which empowers the government to take such actions in the interest of national security without an enquiry.  (KDC)
