Srinagar: In a tense overnight situation, the Indian armned forces used its advanced Russian-made S-400 air defence system to stop multiple missiles and drones fired from Pakistan. The aim as to target important Indian military bases in cities like Jammu, Srinagar, Pathankot, Amritsar, and others. However, India successfully thwarted their plan of attacking and hit back.

After successfully stopping the threats, India responded early Thursday morning with Israeli-made HARPY drones. These drones are built to find and destroy enemy radar systems. One of the major targets — a radar system in Lahore — was confirmed to have been destroyed.

Reports quoting sources said the S-400 system was quick to detect and shoot down incoming threats, and teams are now collecting debris to confirm what was fired and from where. The HARPY drones then flew deep into Pakistani territory, locating radar signals and striking with precision.

The Indian authorities reported that it was a measured response and warned that any future attack on Indian forces would be answered in equal strength.
