Jammu: One militant was killed in am ongoing military operation against militants in Basantgarh area of Udhampur, Jammu and Kashmir, army said on Thursday evening.
Taking on to micro-blogging platform X, the armys White Knight Corps wrote, “In the ongoing joint operation by IndianArmy & JmuKmrPolice in Basantgarh, one terrorist has been neutralized till now.”
Earlier, contact was established with militants after a joint team of Police and army launched intel based search operation in the area.
