Sopore: A 17-year-old boy was found dead at his home in Haigam area of north Kashmir’s Sopore on Monday.
Officials said that a boy was found hanging from a ceiling fan at his home. He was immediately shifted to a nearby hospital, where doctors declared him brought dead.
The deceased has been identified as Huzaif Ahmad, son of Abdul Lateef Rather, a resident of Haigam Sopore.
Meanwhile, police have registered a case in this regard and investigation has been taken up.(GNS)
