Srinagar: An unidentified body was found on Thursday morning in the Chotipora area of Heerpora in south Kashmir’s Shopian district.
Officials told GNS that some passers-by found a semi-decomposed body lying in a small stream in the forests of Chotipora.
Soon, a team of police reached the spot and took the body into their possession for medico-legal formalities.
Meanwhile, police have registered a case in this regard, and an investigation has been taken up. (GNS)
