New Delhi: Dense fog and poor visibility led to widespread flight disruptions at Delhi’s Indira Gandhi International Airport on Tuesday, with at least 10 flights cancelled and over 270 delayed.

Airport officials said six incoming and four outgoing flights were called off during the day. According to flight tracking data, departing flights faced an average delay of nearly 30 minutes.

Delhi International Airport Ltd said visibility conditions were gradually improving but warned that delays could continue for certain routes.

The airport handles around 1,300 flight movements daily, making it one of the busiest aviation hubs in the country.
