New Delhi: The Supreme Court on Monday stayed a Delhi High Court order that had suspended the life sentence of expelled BJP leader Kuldeep Singh Sengar in the 2017 Unnao rape case involving a minor girl.
The apex court also issued notice to Sengar on an appeal filed by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) challenging the High Court’s decision to suspend his sentence.
