Assure Immediate Action On Genuine Issues And Renewed Fight For Statehood, Article 370 And 35-A

Srinagar, Nov 6(GNS): National Conference President Dr Farooq Abdullah on Friday dismissed reports of a split in the party as completely baseless.

He added that along with this, the fight to get back statehood will continue, and the fight for Article 370 and Article 35-A will also continue.

Speaking on the occasion, NC leader Nazir Gurezi said every time they come to the party leadership with their issues.

He said a few days ago they sat together at one place, and from there social media hyped it up that a separate party has come out of the National Conference. No party has come out, he clarified.

Gurezi said there were some issues which they brought before the Chief Minister and honourable Farooq Sahab, and they have given assurance.

He said whether it is a political issue or other issues, some issues will be done immediately, and work will be done on some other issues.(GNS)
