Tangdhar: Two unidentified people were trying to cross the Line of Control in Tangdhar sector of North Kashmir’s Kupwara district on Thursday. However, they were killed after an exchange of gunfire with the Indian armed forces personnel.
A top police officer told GNS that two people were trying to sneak this part of the fence.The Indian army personnel challenged them to return back, however they refused, resulting into exchange of fire, the officer said.
Two bodies were seen lying on the other side of the fence, the officer added.(GNS)
