Srinagar: The Directorate of School Education Kashmir has revised school timings for all government and recognised private institutions across the Kashmir Division, effective April 1, 2026.
As per the order issued on March 30, schools within the municipal limits of Srinagar will function from 9 am to 3 pm.
Schools outside Srinagar municipal limits, as well as those in other parts of Kashmir, will operate from 9:30 am to 3:30 pm.
The Directorate has directed all institutions to strictly adhere to the revised schedule without any deviation.
