Entrilex News Network expands portfolio with acquisition of three news websites

With AI and machine learning dominating the media space, Entrilex News Network LLC is aiming to bring authentic, human-generated news and content to a global audience.

The network has acquired The Global Dispatch, Tampa Dispatch, and Outbreak News Today, adding them to its growing portfolio of digital news properties, the company announced in a statement released on June 19.

The acquisitions bring together three publications with distinct editorial focuses. The Global Dispatch covers national and international news, public affairs, business, culture, and related topics.

Tampa Dispatch focuses on news from Tampa Bay and across Florida, while Outbreak News Today reports on infectious diseases, outbreak alerts, and public health developments.

The publications will continue to operate as separate news brands, maintaining their own editorial categories and audiences.

The network said its primary focus remains on delivering factual, unbiased, and timely news with a personalised human touch.

“We acquired the websites earlier this year on May 20. Our goal is to deliver breaking news across all verticals and ensure our brand becomes a one-stop destination for readers. While our major focus since 2021 has been entertainment, K-pop, and lifestyle coverage, these acquisitions allow us to expand into several new niches,” said Ehraz Ahmed, CEO of Entrilex News Network.

“The Global Dispatch, Tampa Dispatch, and Outbreak News Today will remain separate publications, but they will have access to shared operational support.”

Based in Austin, Texas, Entrilex News Network operates online publications across a range of subject areas. The latest portfolio expansion is part of a broader effort to organise its media properties around defined editorial categories rather than a single general-news model.

Additional updates regarding editorial leadership are expected to be announced separately.
