In a second train mishap within a week, 74 injured in Uttar Pradesh

Lucknow/New Delhi: Ten coaches of Delhi bound Kaifiyat Express derailed in Auraiya district of Uttar Pradesh on Wednesday when it hit a dumper.

At least 74 persons have been injured in the mishap in which four are said to be critical.

The incident took place after the train bound for New Delhi from Azamgarh in Uttar Pradesh hit a dumper, which had overturned on the railway tracks between Achalda and Pata stations around 2.40 a.m, a railway official said.
